Where it all started

I started my YouTube journey in July 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Very quickly I realized I found my passion and I wanted to gain as much knowledge as possible before sharing it with the world so I decided to study Personal Training and Gym Instructing.

In 2021 I left my employment as a Healthcare Simulation Technician at a local University and decided to fully devote myself to my new online fitness career.

Now with over 150 000 subscribers and nearly 1 million views monthly, I live a life I could only dream of.

FREE MONTHLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Following a structured workout schedule or program is key to reaching your fitness goals and seeing progress. Workout program, is a detailed roadmap designed to guide an individual’s physical exercise routine.

A comprehensive workout schedule typically integrates the 4 key components of fitness: cardiorespiratory endurance (aerobic exercise), muscular strength (resistance training), muscular endurance (resistance training), and flexibility (stretching exercises).

It’s not a random collection of workouts, often seen online but a carefully crafted collection of workouts geared towards cardiovascular health improvement, enhanced endurance, coordination, burning fat and building lean muscle mass.

My weekly schedule consists of five workouts and two rest days. You can find them in the community tab of my channel.

STRENGTH TRAINING

A big culprit for losing our physical abilities as we grow older is the age-related loss of muscle mass and strength, which is called sarcopenia. Typically, muscle mass and strength increase steadily from birth and reach their peak at around 30 to 35 years of age. After that, muscle power and performance decline slowly and linearly at first, and then faster after age 65 for women and 70 for men.

However, decline of strength and power with aging can be substantially slowed down by incorporating resistance training into your weekly workout routine.

I believe movement should be accessible to all and this is why my channel is mostly know for my walking workouts. Anything from beginner friendly step workouts to advanced walking workouts with light dumbbells, there is something for everyone. No matter the age.
