Refund policy

Please note: 

Since we are a small start up we DO NOT offer refunds as a result of:

  • change your mind
  • custom fees 
  • sizing issues (we do offer a replacement in a different size)
  • any other reason unless the product is damaged 

If your product is missing or arrives damaged please contact us by filling out a contact form or send us a direct email to contact.olivialawson@googlemail.com to arrange a replacement. 

Do not return your order without contacting the store first.

The following steps apply to items purchased online only.

If you are dissatisfied with your order we can offer you a STORE CREDIT if the following requirements are met.  

RETURN REQUIREMENTS FOR STORE CREDIT

Please ensure the item is in its original condition and no signs of obvious wear.

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  1. must be unwashed, and in the original packaging
  2. must not have rips, dents or any obvious wear
  3. must be free of dirt, shoe marks, make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair
  4. must notify the store of the return within 7 days of receipt of your order

It is the customers responsibility to contact the local customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to your purchase and therefore we do not offer refunds for that reason but a store credit that can be used at any point in conjunction with other offers.

Please note; Returns that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to you and fees will be recovered.
