Shipping policy

All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

All orders will be processed within 4 working days and delivered between Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.

Customs, duties and taxes are possible for all countries as we ship to outside of UK. Items for delivery outside of UK may have to be cleared through customs and be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. 

OL does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and also vary depending on the value of your order and the weight of your parcel.

It is your responsibility to contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and the minimum spend converted for your local currency.

Please note; OL does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country. OL will not be held liable or responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. OL does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and per order value. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Please note; when using discount codes, gift cards or vouchers on orders, this does not avoid duties and taxes as the courier requires the full value of the items as opposed to the actual cost.

In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.
